My original motivation for starting General was of course my love for the work I had been doing for eight years; but also I saw a true lack of professionalism, poor customer service and unscrupulous business tactics offered by the competition in the Bay Area. I knew my commitment to a higher level of honest professional customer service was needed.
That same motivation stands now. To this day we have never sold anything to a customer that they did want or not need.
